One of the most popular items Kiley makes at the farm are his fermented pickles. Its rare he grows any cucumbers to sell, but in 2022 he is bending his rules and offering this unique, and rare cucumber for sale!

Originally developed in a kibbutz in Israel, Beit Alpha has become a huge hit in the Mediterranean due to its ability to thrive in extreme temperatures of hot and cold.

Great for slicing or pickling
