Unfortunately, due to NYS law, we are unable to provide living plants for sale at this time. AND, legally, we cannot publicly encourage recreational home growers of the plant until 18 months AFTER the first retail sale of recreational marijuana.

HOWEVER, it is legal for card-holding, medical marijuana users to grow cannabis. It is presently illegal to sell plants or seeds in NYS, so how does one acquire the plants for medical use?

It is also legal, with a proper license, to grow Cannabinoid Hemp (meaning CBD plants). Again, it is illegal to sell plants or seeds.
