Lemons heart Blueberries

Lazy Day Farm has a bumper blueberry crop in 2021. Instead of freezing the crop, while eating some brie one afternoon, Kiley found that having a little lemon zest and blueberries with the cheese made an incredible accompaniment. So a jam was created! Ridiculously good with nearly any cheese or fruit!
